I Live in x county but you are in San Diego.  Can I take your traffic school?

You can take any DMV licensed traffic school, such as ours (license E0637) for your ticket.  Every traffic school is regulated the same by the DMV, has a similar course, similar price, and submits your completion the same way.

How do I know if I am eligible to attend traffic school for my ticket?

Generally, you are eligible if you hold a driver’s license from any state and your traffic violation qualifies for traffic school according to California guidelines. Non-moving violations such as a broken tail-light ticket do not increase your insurance premiums and do not qualify for traffic school.

Here are some common moving violations that are typically eligible for traffic school:

Speeding Tickets: Exceeding the posted speed limit, which is one of the most common reasons drivers opt for traffic school.

Running a Red Light or Stop Sign: Violating traffic signals by failing to stop at red lights or stop signs.

Illegal U-turn: Making an illegal turn where prohibited by traffic signs or signals.

Following Too Closely (Tailgating): Driving too closely behind another vehicle, which can be dangerous and lead to rear-end collisions.

Unsafe Lane Changes: Changing lanes without signaling or when unsafe, potentially causing accidents.

Failure to Yield: Not yielding the right of way when required, such as to pedestrians or other vehicles.

Cell Phone Use While Driving: Violating laws related to the use of handheld devices or texting while driving.

Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices: Disregarding traffic signals, including disobeying traffic signs and signals.

Improper Turns: Making turns without signaling properly or turning from the wrong lane.
